A refreshing and nutritious Acai Smoothie packed with antioxidants, perfect for a healthy breakfast or snack.
Ingredients
- 1 packet frozen acai puree (100g)
- 1/2 banana
- 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries
- 1/2 cup almond milk (or any preferred milk)
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt (optional for creaminess)
- 1 tsp honey or agave syrup (optional)
- Ice cubes (optional, for thicker texture)
Instructions
- Run the acai packet under warm water for a few seconds to slightly thaw.
- Break the acai puree into chunks and add to a blender.
- Add the banana, frozen berries, almond milk, Greek yogurt (if using), and sweetener.
- Blend on high until smooth. Add ice cubes if a thicker texture is desired.
- Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
Notes
- Use frozen fruit to keep the smoothie thick and cold.
- Top with granola, sliced fruits, or chia seeds for added texture.
