Instructions
- Wash and scrub the potatoes thoroughly. Pat them dry with a towel.

- Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 35-40 minutes, turning halfway through, until the skin is crispy and a fork easily pierces the potato.
