Description

Crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, these air fryer baked potatoes are a quick and easy side dish or main meal option, perfect for topping with your favorite ingredients.


Ingredients

  • 4 medium russet potatoes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp sea salt

Instructions

  1. Wash and scrub the potatoes thoroughly. Pat them dry with a towel.
  2. Poke each potato several times with a fork to allow steam to escape during cooking.
  3. Rub each potato with olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt.
  4. Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 35-40 minutes, turning halfway through, until the skin is crispy and a fork easily pierces the potato.
  6. Remove from the air fryer, let cool slightly, then slice open and add your desired toppings.
