- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (panko preferred for extra crunch)
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Pound the chicken breasts to even thickness if needed.
- Rub olive oil on both sides of the chicken breasts.
- In a shallow bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Coat each chicken breast in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
- Place the chicken breasts in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry for 10 minutes, then flip and cook for another 6–8 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.

- Spray a light mist of oil over the breaded chicken before cooking for extra crispiness.
