- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine spinach, cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined and creamy.
- Transfer the mixture to an oven-safe dish that fits in your air fryer.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes or until the top is golden and bubbly.
- Let it cool slightly before serving with chips, crackers, or veggies.
Notes
- Make sure to drain the spinach thoroughly to avoid a watery dip.
- You can substitute Greek yogurt for sour cream for a healthier twist.
- Best served warm but also tastes great at room temperature.
