Description

A creamy, spicy, and cheesy baked buffalo chicken dip that’s perfect for game day, parties, or any casual gathering. Served hot and bubbling, it’s a crowd-pleasing appetizer with bold flavors.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onions (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream cheese, ranch dressing, and buffalo sauce until well mixed.
  3. Stir in half of the cheddar and mozzarella cheeses.
  4. Spread the mixture into a baking dish and top with the remaining cheeses.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until bubbly and golden on top.
  6. Garnish with chopped green onions if desired and serve warm with chips, celery, or crackers.

Notes

  • You can use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
  • Adjust the buffalo sauce to taste for more or less heat.
