- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped green onions (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream cheese, ranch dressing, and buffalo sauce until well mixed.
- Stir in half of the cheddar and mozzarella cheeses.
- Spread the mixture into a baking dish and top with the remaining cheeses.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until bubbly and golden on top.
- Garnish with chopped green onions if desired and serve warm with chips, celery, or crackers.
Notes
- You can use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
- Adjust the buffalo sauce to taste for more or less heat.
