- Wooden or metal skewers
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine barbecue sauce, olive oil, lemon juice, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add shrimp and toss to coat evenly. Marinate for 15–30 minutes in the refrigerator.
- If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Thread shrimp onto skewers.
- Grill for 2–3 minutes per side, or until shrimp are opaque and lightly charred.
- Brush with extra barbecue sauce if desired and serve immediately.
