- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder (sifted)
For Garnish:

Instructions
- Preheat and Prepare: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease an 8-inch round cake pan and line the bottom with parchment paper.
- Melt Chocolate: In a heatproof bowl, melt butter and chocolate together until smooth. Stir in sugar, salt, and vanilla. Cool slightly.
- Add Eggs and Cocoa: Whisk in eggs one at a time. Mix in sifted cocoa powder until smooth.
- Bake: Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake for 20-25 minutes until center is set.
- Cool and Serve: Cool in pan for 10 minutes, then invert onto a plate. Cool completely before serving. Garnish as desired.
