Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, soy sauce, garlic, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Place chicken breasts in a large resealable bag or shallow dish and pour marinade over them.
- Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 8 hours.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove chicken from marinade and discard any leftover marinade.
- Grill chicken breasts for 6-8 minutes per side, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Remove from grill and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
