Description

Juicy and flavorful grilled chicken breasts seasoned with a simple marinade and grilled to perfection — perfect for a healthy meal or summer barbecue.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, soy sauce, garlic, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Place chicken breasts in a large resealable bag or shallow dish and pour marinade over them.
  3. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 8 hours.
  4. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  5. Remove chicken from marinade and discard any leftover marinade.
  6. Grill chicken breasts for 6-8 minutes per side, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  7. Remove from grill and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
