- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 12 slider buns or Hawaiian rolls
- 6 slices American cheese
- 1/2 cup diced pickles
- 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp French dressing
- 1 tbsp sweet pickle relish
- 1 tsp white vinegar
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, French dressing, relish, vinegar, onion powder, garlic powder, and paprika to make the Big Mac sauce. Set aside.
- Season ground beef with salt and pepper, then cook in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Slice slider buns in half horizontally and place the bottom halves in a greased baking dish.
- Spread cooked beef evenly over the buns.
- Drizzle Big Mac sauce over the beef layer.
- Add a layer of diced pickles, onions, and shredded lettuce.
- Top with cheese slices to cover all sliders.
- Place the top half of the buns over the cheese.
- Brush tops with melted butter and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
- Bake for 10–15 minutes, or until cheese is melted and tops are golden brown.
- Cut into individual sliders and serve warm.
Notes
- Use lean ground beef to avoid excess grease.
- Sliders can be prepped ahead and baked just before serving.
- Customize toppings as desired—add tomatoes or swap cheese type.
