Description

Big Mac Sliders are a fun, bite-sized twist on the classic fast food burger, perfect for parties or weeknight dinners. They feature seasoned ground beef, melty cheese, pickles, and a homemade Big Mac-style sauce layered in soft slider buns.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 12 slider buns or Hawaiian rolls
  • 6 slices American cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced pickles
  • 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/4 cup diced onions
  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp French dressing
  • 1 tbsp sweet pickle relish
  • 1 tsp white vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, French dressing, relish, vinegar, onion powder, garlic powder, and paprika to make the Big Mac sauce. Set aside.
  3. Season ground beef with salt and pepper, then cook in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  4. Slice slider buns in half horizontally and place the bottom halves in a greased baking dish.
  5. Spread cooked beef evenly over the buns.
  6. Drizzle Big Mac sauce over the beef layer.
  7. Add a layer of diced pickles, onions, and shredded lettuce.
  8. Top with cheese slices to cover all sliders.
  9. Place the top half of the buns over the cheese.
  10. Brush tops with melted butter and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
  11. Bake for 10–15 minutes, or until cheese is melted and tops are golden brown.
  12. Cut into individual sliders and serve warm.

Notes

  • Use lean ground beef to avoid excess grease.
  • Sliders can be prepped ahead and baked just before serving.
  • Customize toppings as desired—add tomatoes or swap cheese type.
