Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 6 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1 1/2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 cup croutons
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper to make the dressing.
  2. In a large bowl, combine romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, bacon, and croutons.
