Ingredients
- 4 large eggs
- 4 small flour or corn tortillas
- 1/4 cup milk
- 4 strips bacon
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 avocado, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Hot sauce (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk the eggs with milk, salt, and pepper.
- Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy, then set aside on paper towels.
- In the same skillet, scramble the egg mixture until cooked through, then remove from heat.
- Warm the tortillas in a separate pan or microwave.
- Assemble the tacos by dividing the scrambled eggs among the tortillas.
