Description

  • 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 8 small corn or flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage or coleslaw mix
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro, chopped (optional, for garnish)
  • Lime wedges (for serving)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, toss the shrimp with Cajun seasoning and olive oil until evenly coated.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side until opaque and cooked through. Set aside.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix sour cream, mayonnaise, lime juice, honey, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to make the taco sauce.
  4. Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave.
  5. Assemble the tacos by adding cabbage or coleslaw mix to each tortilla, topping with Cajun shrimp, and drizzling with the prepared sauce.
  6. Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve with lime wedges.

Notes
