- 8 small corn or flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cabbage or coleslaw mix
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tsp honey
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro, chopped (optional, for garnish)
- Lime wedges (for serving)
Instructions
- In a bowl, toss the shrimp with Cajun seasoning and olive oil until evenly coated.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side until opaque and cooked through. Set aside.
- In a separate bowl, mix sour cream, mayonnaise, lime juice, honey, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to make the taco sauce.
- Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave.
- Assemble the tacos by adding cabbage or coleslaw mix to each tortilla, topping with Cajun shrimp, and drizzling with the prepared sauce.
- Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve with lime wedges.
