Ingredients

1 box (15.25 oz) yellow cake mix

1/2 cup old-fashioned oats

1/2 cup creamy peanut butter

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

2 large eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 cup mini chocolate chips

1/2 cup mini M&M’s or candy-coated chocolates
Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, mix together the cake mix, oats, peanut butter, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla until a thick dough forms.

Stir in the chocolate chips and M&M’s until evenly distributed.

Scoop tablespoon-sized balls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.

Bake for 9–11 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden and centers are set.

Let cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

You can use any flavor of cake mix — chocolate or funfetti also works great!
