Ingredients

- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
- Optional toppings: crushed cannoli shells, extra chocolate chips, or chopped pistachios
- Dippers: waffle cone pieces, graham crackers, vanilla wafers, or fruit
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, beat the ricotta cheese and cream cheese together until smooth and creamy.
- Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and mix until fully combined.
- Fold in the mini chocolate chips.
- Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and sprinkle with additional toppings if desired.
