- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: balsamic glaze for drizzling
- Crackers, bread, or veggies for serving
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the mixture evenly in a small baking dish.
- Top with halved cherry tomatoes.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle with fresh basil.
- Drizzle with balsamic glaze if desired and serve warm with crackers or bread.
Notes
- Use heirloom cherry tomatoes for extra color and flavor.
- Can be prepared ahead and baked just before serving.
- Adjust cheese quantities to taste for a cheesier or lighter dip.
