Description

A warm, cheesy Caprese Dip featuring melted mozzarella, juicy tomatoes, and fresh basil. Perfect as a party appetizer or game day snack.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: balsamic glaze for drizzling
  • Crackers, bread, or veggies for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly in a small baking dish.
  4. Top with halved cherry tomatoes.
  5. Bake for 15–20 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  6. Remove from oven and sprinkle with fresh basil.
  7. Drizzle with balsamic glaze if desired and serve warm with crackers or bread.

Notes

  • Use heirloom cherry tomatoes for extra color and flavor.
  • Can be prepared ahead and baked just before serving.
  • Adjust cheese quantities to taste for a cheesier or lighter dip.
