- 1 lb fresh strawberries
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs (optional for topping)
Instructions
- Wash the strawberries and pat them dry. Remove the stems and hollow out the center of each strawberry using a small knife or melon baller.
- In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract to the cream cheese and continue to beat until well combined and creamy.
- Transfer the cheesecake mixture to a piping bag or zip-top bag with a corner snipped off.
- Pipe the cheesecake filling into each hollowed strawberry.
- Sprinkle the tops with graham cracker crumbs if desired.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving for best results.
Notes
- Choose large, firm strawberries for easier stuffing.
- You can drizzle melted chocolate on top for extra flavor.
- These are best served the same day they are made.
