Cherry Cheesecake Brownies combine rich, fudgy chocolate brownies with a creamy cheesecake layer and swirls of cherry pie filling for an irresistible dessert.

- 1 box (18-20 oz) brownie mix, plus ingredients listed on the box
- 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup cherry pie filling
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line a 9×9 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Prepare the brownie mix according to the package instructions and spread 2/3 of the batter into the prepared pan.
- In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, egg, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
- Spread the cheesecake mixture evenly over the brownie layer.
- Spoon cherry pie filling in small dollops over the cheesecake layer. Drop remaining brownie batter in small spoonfuls between the cherry filling.
- Use a knife to gently swirl the layers together for a marbled effect.
- Bake for 40–45 minutes, or until the center is set and a toothpick inserted comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Cool completely in the pan before slicing. Chill for cleaner cuts, if desired.
Notes
- Use homemade brownie batter if preferred instead of boxed mix.
- Refrigerate leftovers for up to 5 days.
- Try with other fruit pie fillings like blueberry or raspberry for variety.
