Description

A creamy and comforting pasta dish featuring tender chicken breast and rich Alfredo sauce, perfect for a hearty dinner.


Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 12 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper and cook for 6–7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked. Remove and slice.
  2. Cook fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese and nutmeg, cooking until sauce thickens.
  5. Add cooked pasta and sliced chicken to the skillet. Toss to coat in the Alfredo sauce.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.

Notes

  • You can substitute fettuccine with any pasta of your choice.
  • For added flavor, use grilled or blackened chicken.
  • Add steamed broccoli or mushrooms for extra vegetables.
