- 3 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 1/2 cups diced cooked ham
- 2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
- 1 (10.5 oz) can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup crushed Ritz crackers
- 1/4 cup melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the cream of chicken soup, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
- Add in the shredded chicken and diced ham, mixing until well combined.
- Spread the mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Top evenly with shredded Swiss cheese.
- In a separate bowl, combine crushed Ritz crackers with melted butter and mix until coated.
- Sprinkle the cracker topping evenly over the cheese layer.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until hot and bubbly and the topping is golden brown.
- Let sit for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- You can use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
- Substitute Swiss cheese with mozzarella or provolone if preferred.
- Serve with a green salad or steamed vegetables for a complete meal.
