Description

A comforting and creamy Chicken Cordon Bleu Casserole that combines all the flavors of the classic dish in an easy-to-make baked version.


Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 1/2 cups diced cooked ham
  • 2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1 (10.5 oz) can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup crushed Ritz crackers
  • 1/4 cup melted butter


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the cream of chicken soup, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
  3. Add in the shredded chicken and diced ham, mixing until well combined.
  4. Spread the mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
  5. Top evenly with shredded Swiss cheese.
  6. In a separate bowl, combine crushed Ritz crackers with melted butter and mix until coated.
  7. Sprinkle the cracker topping evenly over the cheese layer.
  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until hot and bubbly and the topping is golden brown.
  9. Let sit for 5 minutes before serving.
