- 1 tablespoon coconut oil or shortening (optional, for smoother melting)

- Lollipop sticks or skewers
Instructions
- Wash the strawberries and pat them completely dry with paper towels. Insert a lollipop stick or skewer into the top of each strawberry.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips with the coconut oil in 30-second intervals, stirring between each until smooth.
- Dip each strawberry into the melted chocolate, allowing the excess to drip off.
- Place the dipped strawberries on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- If desired, melt white chocolate or candy melts and drizzle over the dipped strawberries for decoration.
- Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes or until the chocolate is set.
- Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
