Description

Ingredients

  • 8 oz semi-sweet or dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil or shortening (optional, for smoother melting)
  • 1/4 cup white chocolate or candy melts (optional, for drizzling)
  • Lollipop sticks or skewers

Instructions

  1. Wash the strawberries and pat them completely dry with paper towels. Insert a lollipop stick or skewer into the top of each strawberry.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips with the coconut oil in 30-second intervals, stirring between each until smooth.
  3. Dip each strawberry into the melted chocolate, allowing the excess to drip off.
  4. Place the dipped strawberries on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

  6. Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes or until the chocolate is set.
