Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment or wax paper.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the semi-sweet chocolate and coconut oil (if using) in 30-second intervals, stirring between each until smooth.
- Hold each strawberry by the stem and dip into the melted chocolate, letting the excess drip off.
- Place dipped strawberries on the prepared baking sheet.
