Description

Chocolate Lasagna is a no-bake layered dessert featuring a crunchy Oreo crust, creamy cheesecake layer, rich chocolate pudding, and whipped topping, all finished with a sprinkle of chocolate chips.

  • 1 (14 oz) package Oreo cookies, crushed
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 (12 oz) container whipped topping, divided
  • 2 (3.9 oz) packages instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 3 1/4 cups cold milk
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips or chocolate shavings

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine crushed Oreos and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9×13-inch dish to form the crust. Refrigerate while preparing layers.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar and 2 tablespoons milk, and mix until combined. Fold in 1 cup whipped topping.
  3. Spread cream cheese mixture over the chilled crust.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together pudding mix and cold milk for 2–3 minutes until thickened.
  5. Spread pudding evenly over the cream cheese layer.
  6. Top with remaining whipped topping and smooth the surface.
  7. Sprinkle mini chocolate chips or chocolate shavings over the top.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.

Notes

  • Use different pudding flavors like vanilla or peanut butter for a twist.
  • Crush Oreos with a food processor or in a zip-top bag using a rolling pin.
  • Keep chilled until ready to serve for best texture.
