- 1 (14 oz) package Oreo cookies, crushed
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 (12 oz) container whipped topping, divided
- 2 (3.9 oz) packages instant chocolate pudding mix
- 3 1/4 cups cold milk
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips or chocolate shavings
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine crushed Oreos and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9×13-inch dish to form the crust. Refrigerate while preparing layers.
- In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar and 2 tablespoons milk, and mix until combined. Fold in 1 cup whipped topping.
- Spread cream cheese mixture over the chilled crust.
- In another bowl, whisk together pudding mix and cold milk for 2–3 minutes until thickened.
- Spread pudding evenly over the cream cheese layer.
- Top with remaining whipped topping and smooth the surface.
- Sprinkle mini chocolate chips or chocolate shavings over the top.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
Notes
- Use different pudding flavors like vanilla or peanut butter for a twist.
- Crush Oreos with a food processor or in a zip-top bag using a rolling pin.
- Keep chilled until ready to serve for best texture.
