- 1 can (12.4 oz) refrigerated cinnamon rolls with icing
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup cold unsalted butter, cubed
- 1/2 cup old-fashioned oats
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9-inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, toss apples with granulated sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice. Spread evenly in the prepared baking dish.
- Open the can of cinnamon rolls and cut each roll into quarters. Place pieces evenly over the apples.
- In another bowl, mix flour, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Cut in the butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs, then stir in oats.
- Sprinkle the oat topping evenly over the cinnamon rolls and apples.
- Bake for 35–40 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and apples are tender.
- Drizzle with the reserved icing from the cinnamon rolls before serving warm.
