Ingredients
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup whipped topping (like Cool Whip)
- 1 can (15 oz) mandarin oranges, drained
- 1 can (20 oz) pineapple chunks, drained
- 1 1/2 cups mini marshmallows
- 1 cup shredded sweetened coconut
- 1/2 cup chopped maraschino cherries, drained and rinsed
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the sour cream and whipped topping until smooth.
- Gently fold in the mandarin oranges, pineapple chunks, mini marshmallows, coconut, cherries, and nuts if using.
- Mix until all ingredients are evenly coated with the creamy mixture.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight for best flavor.
