Ingredients
- 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 packet ranch dressing mix
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1 cup chopped pecans or additional bacon for coating (optional)
- Crackers or veggies, for serving
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix the softened cream cheese with ranch dressing mix, garlic powder, and onion powder until well combined.
- Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, and green onions.
- Shape the mixture into a ball using your hands or wrap in plastic wrap and mold into a ball shape.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to firm up.
- Before serving, roll the cheese ball in chopped pecans or more crumbled bacon if desired.
- Serve with crackers or vegetable sticks.
