Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 celery stalk, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon honey
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the chicken, dried cranberries, chopped pecans, and celery.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, honey, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the chicken mixture and mix until everything is evenly coated.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to blend.
- Serve on bread, in a wrap, or over a bed of greens.
