Description

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened plant-based milk (e.g. almond or oat milk)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a blender or food processor, combine avocado, spinach, basil, parsley, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, nutritional yeast, and plant-based milk. Blend until smooth and creamy.
