Description

Creamy Raspberry Fluff is a simple, no-bake dessert made with fresh raspberries, cream cheese, and whipped cream for a light, fruity treat perfect for summer gatherings.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 2 cups fresh or frozen raspberries
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Optional: extra raspberries and mint for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mash the raspberries with sugar and let sit for a few minutes to release juices.
  2. Beat the cream cheese and vanilla extract in a large bowl until smooth and creamy.
  3. Whip the heavy cream in a separate bowl until soft peaks form.
  4. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until combined.
  5. Gently fold in the raspberry mixture to create a marbled effect.
  6. Spoon into individual serving cups or a large bowl.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set and fluffy.
  8. Garnish with additional raspberries and mint if desired before serving.

Notes

  • Use thawed frozen raspberries if fresh ones are unavailable.
  • Sweetness can be adjusted depending on raspberry tartness.
  • Make ahead and chill overnight for best texture.
  • Add mini marshmallows or shredded coconut for texture.
