Description

Crispy Lemon Baked Fish is a light and flavorful dish featuring tender white fish fillets baked with a zesty lemon topping and a crispy breadcrumb crust.


Ingredients

  • 4 white fish fillets (such as cod or tilapia)
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly coat with cooking spray.
  2. In a bowl, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and parsley.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, and lemon zest.
  4. Brush the fish fillets with the lemon mixture on both sides.
  5. Press each fillet into the breadcrumb mixture to coat evenly.
  6. Place coated fillets on the prepared baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork and the topping is golden and crispy.
  8. Serve hot with additional lemon wedges if desired.
