- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika

- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly coat with cooking spray.
- In a bowl, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and parsley.
- In a separate bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, and lemon zest.
- Brush the fish fillets with the lemon mixture on both sides.
- Press each fillet into the breadcrumb mixture to coat evenly.
- Place coated fillets on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork and the topping is golden and crispy.
- Serve hot with additional lemon wedges if desired.
