Ingredients

- 1 large cucumber, sliced

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine cherry tomatoes, cucumber slices, and red onion.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the vegetables and toss to coat evenly.
- Let the salad sit for at least 10 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
