Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 large cucumber, sliced
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced

  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional)


Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine cherry tomatoes, cucumber slices, and red onion.
