Instructions

- Brown the Meat: Heat vegetable oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the marinated goat meat and brown it on all sides for about 5 to 7 minutes, developing a rich flavor and color.
- Sauté Vegetables: Add the chopped onion, sliced bell pepper, and fresh chopped chilies (if using) to the pot. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes until the vegetables soften and release their aroma.
