- 1 cup (175g) cocoa butter
- 1 cup (85g) unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup (120ml) maple syrup or honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of sea salt
Instructions
- Chop the cocoa butter into small pieces and melt it in a double boiler over low heat.
- Once melted, whisk in the cocoa powder until smooth and fully incorporated.
- Add maple syrup (or honey), vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Whisk until fully combined.
- Pour the mixture into silicone chocolate molds or a parchment-lined baking dish.
- Refrigerate for 1-2 hours, or until set and firm.
- Remove from molds or cut into pieces and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

- Use food-grade cocoa butter for best results.
- Adjust sweetness to your taste preference.
- Add nuts, dried fruit, or sea salt on top before chilling for extra flavor.
- Store in a cool, dry place to prevent melting.
