These Decadent Keto Brownies are a rich, fudgy, and guilt-free chocolate treat perfect for satisfying your sweet cravings while sticking to a low-carb lifestyle.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 2 oz unsweetened baking chocolate
- 3/4 cup erythritol or keto-friendly sweetener
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup sugar-free chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Melt the butter and unsweetened chocolate together in a saucepan over low heat, stirring until smooth.
- Remove from heat and mix in the erythritol, then allow to cool slightly.
- Whisk in the eggs one at a time, then add the vanilla extract.
- Stir in the almond flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt until well combined.
- Fold in sugar-free chocolate chips, if using.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Let cool completely before slicing into squares.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
- Can be frozen for up to 2 months; thaw before serving.
- Use monk fruit or stevia as an alternative sweetener if preferred.
