These Decadent Keto Brownies are a rich, fudgy, and guilt-free chocolate treat perfect for satisfying your sweet cravings while sticking to a low-carb lifestyle.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 oz unsweetened baking chocolate
  • 3/4 cup erythritol or keto-friendly sweetener
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup sugar-free chocolate chips (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the butter and unsweetened chocolate together in a saucepan over low heat, stirring until smooth.
  3. Remove from heat and mix in the erythritol, then allow to cool slightly.
  4. Whisk in the eggs one at a time, then add the vanilla extract.
  5. Stir in the almond flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt until well combined.
  6. Fold in sugar-free chocolate chips, if using.
