A quick and delicious baked cheese ravioli dish made with just 5 simple ingredients, perfect for a busy weeknight dinner.
Ingredients
- 1 (25 oz) bag frozen cheese ravioli
- 1 (24 oz) jar marinara sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish with olive oil.
- Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of the dish.
- Arrange half of the frozen ravioli in a single layer over the sauce.
- Top with half of the remaining marinara sauce and sprinkle with 1 cup mozzarella cheese.
- Repeat layers with the remaining ravioli, sauce, and mozzarella cheese.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the top.
- Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- You can add cooked ground beef or sausage for extra protein.
- Try adding fresh basil or Italian seasoning for more flavor.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
