Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 can refrigerated pizza dough
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions

  2. Unroll the pizza dough and cut it into 12 equal strips.
  3. Tie each strip into a knot and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, salt, and parsley.
  5. Brush the garlic butter mixture generously over the knots.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  7. Once out of the oven, brush with any remaining garlic butter and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese if using.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

  • Use fresh garlic for the best flavor.
  • You can substitute store-bought pizza dough with homemade dough.
  • Add a pinch of red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.
  • These are best served fresh but can be reheated in the oven.
