- 1 can refrigerated pizza dough
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Unroll the pizza dough and cut it into 12 equal strips.
- Tie each strip into a knot and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, salt, and parsley.
- Brush the garlic butter mixture generously over the knots.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Once out of the oven, brush with any remaining garlic butter and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese if using.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
