Ingredients
- 1 pre-made pizza crust
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
- 1 cup cooked chicken breast, shredded
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro (optional)
- 1 tsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Place the pre-made pizza crust on a baking sheet or pizza stone.
- Brush the crust lightly with olive oil.
- Spread BBQ sauce evenly over the crust.
- Top with shredded chicken, mozzarella, cheddar, and sliced red onions.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the crust is golden brown.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle with fresh cilantro if desired.
- Slice and serve hot.
