Description

A quick and flavorful BBQ chicken pizza topped with tangy sauce, juicy chicken, red onions, and melty cheese, perfect for a weeknight dinner.


Ingredients

  • 1 pre-made pizza crust
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 cup cooked chicken breast, shredded
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro (optional)
  • 1 tsp olive oil


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Place the pre-made pizza crust on a baking sheet or pizza stone.
  3. Brush the crust lightly with olive oil.
  4. Spread BBQ sauce evenly over the crust.
  5. Top with shredded chicken, mozzarella, cheddar, and sliced red onions.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the crust is golden brown.
  7. Remove from oven and sprinkle with fresh cilantro if desired.
