Description

These easy chicken tostadas are a quick and delicious meal made with crispy tortillas, shredded chicken, and your favorite toppings. Perfect for a weeknight dinner or a fun family meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 8 small corn tortillas
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup refried beans
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup salsa
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Brush tortillas lightly with olive oil and place them on a baking sheet.
  3. Bake for 5-7 minutes per side or until crispy and golden.
  4. Heat refried beans in a saucepan over medium heat until warm.
  5. Spread a layer of refried beans on each tostada.
