- 8 small corn tortillas
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup refried beans
- 1 cup shredded lettuce

- 1/4 cup salsa
- 1 avocado, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Brush tortillas lightly with olive oil and place them on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 5-7 minutes per side or until crispy and golden.
- Heat refried beans in a saucepan over medium heat until warm.
- Spread a layer of refried beans on each tostada.
- Top with shredded chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, avocado slices, sour cream, and salsa.
