Description

Easy Croissant Breakfast Sandwiches are a delicious and satisfying morning meal made with buttery croissants, fluffy eggs, melted cheese, and your choice of breakfast meat. Perfect for meal prep or a quick weekend brunch.


Ingredients

  • 4 large croissants, sliced in half
  • 4 large eggs
  • 4 slices cheddar or American cheese
  • 4 slices cooked bacon or breakfast sausage patties
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) if toasting sandwiches.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  3. In a nonstick skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Pour in eggs and scramble until fully cooked but still soft. Set aside.
  4. Assemble sandwiches by layering scrambled eggs, cheese, and bacon or sausage onto the bottom half of each croissant. Top with the other half.
  5. Place sandwiches on a baking sheet and bake for 5-7 minutes until cheese is melted and croissants are warm and slightly crisp.
