- 1 box brownie mix (for a 9x13 inch pan)
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup mini chocolate eggs (such as Cadbury Mini Eggs)
- Non-stick cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and spray a mini muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray.
- In a medium bowl, mix the brownie mix, water, oil, and eggs until well combined.
- Spoon the batter into the mini muffin tin, filling each cup about 2/3 full.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Immediately press 1-2 mini chocolate eggs into the top of each brownie bite while still warm.
- Allow to cool in the tin for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
