Description

These Easy Easter Egg Brownie Bites are rich, fudgy, and topped with festive candy eggs, making them the perfect sweet treat for spring celebrations.


Ingredients

  • 1 box brownie mix (for a 9x13 inch pan)
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup mini chocolate eggs (such as Cadbury Mini Eggs)
  • Non-stick cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and spray a mini muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix the brownie mix, water, oil, and eggs until well combined.
  3. Spoon the batter into the mini muffin tin, filling each cup about 2/3 full.
  4. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  5. Immediately press 1-2 mini chocolate eggs into the top of each brownie bite while still warm.
  6. Allow to cool in the tin for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
