These easy fudgy Oreo brownies are rich, chocolatey, and packed with chunks of Oreo cookies. Perfect for a quick dessert fix or to impress at parties.

- 1/2 cup (115g) unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup (200g) granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup (30g) unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup (65g) all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 12 Oreo cookies, coarsely chopped
- 1/4 cup (45g) chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the melted butter and sugar until combined.
- Add the eggs and vanilla extract, and beat until smooth and slightly fluffy.
- Stir in the cocoa powder, flour, and salt until just combined.
- Fold in the chopped Oreos and chocolate chips if using.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
- Top with a few more chopped Oreos if desired.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Allow to cool in the pan before cutting into squares.
Notes
- Do not overbake for the fudgiest texture.
- Use double-stuffed Oreos for extra richness.
- Can be stored in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
