Description

A simple and refreshing homemade popsicle recipe using fruit juice and fresh fruit—perfect for cooling off on a warm day.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fruit juice (orange, apple, or mixed)
  • 1 cup fresh fruit, chopped (berries, peaches, or pineapple)
  • 2 tablespoons honey or sugar (optional, to taste)
  • Popsicle molds and sticks

Instructions

  1. Pour the fruit juice into a mixing bowl. Stir in honey or sugar if using until fully dissolved.
  2. Evenly distribute the chopped fresh fruit among the popsicle molds.
  3. Pour the juice mixture over the fruit in each mold, leaving a small gap at the top for expansion.
  4. Insert popsicle sticks into the molds.
  5. Freeze for at least 4–6 hours, or until completely solid.
  6. To unmold, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds and gently pull on sticks.

Notes

  • Use any juice or fruit combination you like—get creative!
  • For creamier popsicles, substitute half the juice with yogurt or coconut milk.
  • You can layer different colored juices for a striped effect.
  • Freeze on a level surface for best results.
