- 1 (10 oz) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- 1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the spinach, artichokes, sour cream, mayonnaise, cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, and garlic. Mix well.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the top is golden and the dip is hot and bubbly.
- Serve warm with chips, crackers, or bread slices.
Notes
- Can be prepared ahead and baked before serving.
- Try adding a dash of hot sauce for extra kick.
- Use fresh spinach if preferred – just sauté and drain well before using.
