A sweet and tangy homemade strawberry lemonade made with fresh strawberries, lemon juice, and a touch of sugar – perfect for cooling off on a hot day.

- 1 pound fresh strawberries, hulled
- 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 4-6 lemons)
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 4 cups cold water
- Ice cubes
- Strawberry slices and lemon wheels for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a blender, puree the strawberries until smooth.
- Strain the strawberry puree through a fine mesh sieve into a large pitcher to remove seeds.
- Add lemon juice and sugar to the pitcher, stirring until the sugar is dissolved.
- Pour in cold water and stir to combine.
- Chill for at least 1 hour before serving over ice.
- Garnish with strawberry slices and lemon wheels if desired.
Notes
- Adjust sugar to taste depending on the sweetness of the strawberries.
- Use sparkling water instead of still water for a fizzy twist.
- Can be made a day ahead and stored in the fridge.
