- 2/3 cup milk

- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, matcha powder, sugars, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix milk, yogurt, oil, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Do not overmix.
- Divide the batter evenly among muffin cups.
- Bake for 18-22 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let muffins cool in the pan for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
