Description

A refreshing and colorful dessert made with a soft sugar cookie crust, creamy frosting, and topped with fresh assorted fruits.


Ingredients

  • 1 roll (16.5 oz) refrigerated sugar cookie dough
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup sliced strawberries
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup kiwi, peeled and sliced
  • 1/2 cup mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1 tablespoon apricot preserves (optional, for glaze)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 12-inch pizza pan.
  2. Press the sugar cookie dough evenly onto the pan to form a crust. Bake for 12–15 minutes or until golden. Let cool completely.
  3. In a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the cooled cookie crust.
  5. Arrange the sliced fruits on top in a decorative pattern.
  6. If desired, warm apricot preserves slightly and brush over the fruit to give a glossy finish.
  7. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving. Slice and enjoy!

  • Ensure the crust is completely cool before adding the cream cheese layer.
