- 1/2 cup maple syrup or honey
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt

Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, whisk together coconut milk, cocoa powder, sweetener, vanilla extract, salt, and cornstarch (if using).
- Heat the mixture over medium heat, whisking constantly, until it thickens slightly and becomes smooth (about 5-7 minutes).
- Remove from heat and let the mixture cool slightly.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds.
- Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until fully set.
- To remove, run warm water over the molds for a few seconds and gently release the popsicles.
Notes
- Use a high-quality cocoa powder for best flavor.
- You can substitute agave syrup or a low-carb sweetener if preferred.
