Description

Creamy and flavorful Garlic Parmesan Chicken Pasta made with tender chicken breast, garlic, and a rich Parmesan sauce, perfect for a comforting meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 8 ounces penne or fettuccine pasta
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season diced chicken with salt and pepper, then add to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream, stir well to combine.
  5. Add uncooked pasta to the skillet, bring to a simmer, cover, and cook for 12-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender.
  6. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce is creamy.
  7. Remove from heat and garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
