Ingredients
- 2 medium zucchinis, sliced into 1/4-inch thick rounds

Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, toss the zucchini slices with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and herbs if using.
- Place the zucchini slices on the grill in a single layer.
- Grill for 3-4 minutes on each side or until tender and grill marks appear.
- Remove from grill and serve warm.
