Description

Grilled zucchini is a simple, healthy, and flavorful side dish made with fresh zucchini slices seasoned and grilled to perfection.


Ingredients

  • 2 medium zucchinis, sliced into 1/4-inch thick rounds
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, toss the zucchini slices with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and herbs if using.
  3. Place the zucchini slices on the grill in a single layer.
