Description

A crisp, refreshing salad combining the sweetness of Honeycrisp apples with the tang of feta cheese, perfect for a light lunch or side dish.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 2 Honeycrisp apples, thinly sliced
  • 4 cups mixed greens (arugula, spinach, or spring mix)
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts or pecans (optional)
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, sliced apples, feta cheese, dried cranberries, and nuts if using.

  3. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
  4. Serve immediately for the freshest taste.

Notes
