Description
A quick and easy no-bake dessert made with layers of ice cream sandwiches, whipped topping, and sweet toppings, perfect for summer gatherings.
Ingredients
- 12 ice cream sandwiches
- 1 (8 oz) container whipped topping (such as Cool Whip), thawed
- 1/2 cup chocolate syrup
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup crushed nuts (optional)
- Sprinkles (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Unwrap the ice cream sandwiches and place a layer (6 sandwiches) in the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Spread half of the whipped topping evenly over the first layer of ice cream sandwiches.
- Drizzle with half of the chocolate syrup and half of the caramel sauce.
- Repeat with a second layer of ice cream sandwiches, remaining whipped topping, and drizzle with the remaining chocolate and caramel sauce.
- Sprinkle the top with mini chocolate chips, crushed nuts, and sprinkles if desired.
- Cover with foil and freeze for at least 2-4 hours, or until firm.
- Slice and serve chilled.
Notes
- Use different flavors of ice cream sandwiches for variety.
- Can be made a day ahead and stored in the freezer until serving.
- Try adding crushed cookies or candy between layers for extra crunch.
