Description

A quick and easy no-bake dessert made with layers of ice cream sandwiches, whipped topping, and sweet toppings, perfect for summer gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 12 ice cream sandwiches
  • 1 (8 oz) container whipped topping (such as Cool Whip), thawed
  • 1/2 cup chocolate syrup
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup crushed nuts (optional)
  • Sprinkles (optional, for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Unwrap the ice cream sandwiches and place a layer (6 sandwiches) in the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. Spread half of the whipped topping evenly over the first layer of ice cream sandwiches.
  3. Drizzle with half of the chocolate syrup and half of the caramel sauce.
  4. Repeat with a second layer of ice cream sandwiches, remaining whipped topping, and drizzle with the remaining chocolate and caramel sauce.
  5. Sprinkle the top with mini chocolate chips, crushed nuts, and sprinkles if desired.
  6. Cover with foil and freeze for at least 2-4 hours, or until firm.
  7. Slice and serve chilled.

Notes

  • Use different flavors of ice cream sandwiches for variety.
  • Can be made a day ahead and stored in the freezer until serving.
  • Try adding crushed cookies or candy between layers for extra crunch.
